​How Do I Place An Order?​

First, select the item you want. If options are available for size, color, or customization make your choice. If there is a mandatory field you will need to complete it before you can add the item to your cart. When ready, add items to your cart and either continue shopping or go to checkout. 



Payment & Shipping

You may pay electronically or submit cash through your team envelope. Payment must be received before the order can be processed. To reduce the cost of your order you may select for the items to be delivered to you at league night. If you would prefer we ship your order to you standard cost fo USPS will apply and will be calculated at check out. 

Where do you Ship?

We only ship to Florida residents. Orders placed for outside areas will be canceled and refunded.

How can I track my order? 

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you along with a link where you can track the status of your order. 

How long does an order take to arrive?

If an item is in stock at our local warehouse processing takes 2-3 days. If an item is in stock at our sister warehouse processing could take 2 weeks. An email will be sent if this is the case along with regular updates on processing. 

How do I get my order delivered to me at league night?

During check out select the shipping option, League Night - Host Location. Once the order is ready we will drop it off at your host location for pick up. Each host location has its own pickup process, ask your bartender for details. 

Returns & Refunds

All customized items are non-refundable once customization is complete. In order to process your return, please follow these 4 steps:

  1. Fill out our Returns Form.

  2. Once we receive your returns form, we will email you a return authorization with a pdf file of the return UPS shipping label.

  3. Print the return UPS shipping label and place it on the package.

  4. Drop off the package at any UPS location. See ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS for the location nearest you.

 

When making a return, please ensure the following:

  • Your items have not been altered in any way.  This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating.  Altered items will not be accepted.

  • Your return is postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.  Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.

  • As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

  • Most refunds are issued within 15 business days.

 

Exchanges and Claims:

  • We do not offer exchanges.  You may return your unwanted items and place a new order.

  • Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt.  If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
